Terms And Conditions

 

1) Products

a. The products shown on this Website are authentic and cover a selection of designs available through our shop in the UK.
b. Product and bag dimensions are approximate and for information only.
c. Colours shown are as accurate as Internet technology allows but there is likely to be / may be some variance due to the photographic lighting environment and also colours cannot be reproduced exactly on your monitor. 
d.  We may change product specifications, without notice, but please see our refunds policy below.

 

2) Terms of Purchase and Security

a. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
b. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal.
c. You may also purchase via our mail order service, on   01768744506
d. Online payment transactions will be processed using a secure credit card payment system (128 bit SSL). This is one of the most commercially secure systems in use. In the unlikely event that unauthorised use is made of your card, the card issuers will normally cover the cost of all unauthorised use or limit your liability to £50.
e. You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and obtain a full refund by emailing or writing to us, with the exception of Earrings once shipped

 

3) Prices

a. Prices are recommended retail price.
b. All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current UK rate based on your delivery address.
c. No VAT is payable on items exported from the EU, but this does not affect the amount payable to Ladybug for your purchase.
d. Payment is in Pounds Sterling only.

 

4) Delivery

a. We aim to despatch "Next Day Delivery" orders placed before 2pm weekdays the same day (during exceptional peak times, orders may be despatched the next day.)
b. UK FREE Delivery - UK Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 days.
c. When Chosen, Orders can be sent using a next (working) day* delivery**.
     * depending on stock availability,
     ** UK destinations except postcodes
     - GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, ZE2-3. :- 2 day delivery
     - KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44 :- 3 day delivery
     (Channel Islands & Isle of Man may be delayed by Customs)
d.. International Orders are normally delivered within 7-10 days.
e. Orders placed for items out of stock will be advised on by email of telephone, we will keep you informed of stock replacement updates. Refunds will be given if items are no longer avaialble
f. For orders placed outside of the EU customs charges may be applicable. Ladybug will not be responsible for this charge.
g. You will be asked to sign for the delivery where appropriate postage has been selected, and this will be used as proof of delivery. If someone without authority signs for the product at the address you have given us, then this will be your responsibility.
h. If there is likely to be a long delay, for example if our warehouse is awaiting stock, then we will notify you. You can then cancel within 7 days and obtain a full refund by emailing or writing to us. Provision of the refund will discharge us from any and all liability for failure to deliver items ordered or to deliver them within the stated period. If you choose not to cancel and wait for delivery instead, we will try and achieve this quickly, but cannot accept any liability for failing to do so as fresh stock sometimes takes a few weeks to reach our shop
i. Parcels are dispatched Weekdays Monday to Friday (barring bank holidays), however orders may be processed including a "Dispatched" email being sent outside of these times. If this is the case then the parcel will be dispatched during the next working day.

7) Warranty

a. You will obtain the same guarantee against defective materials and workmanship on any model of watches, as we give for that model through a retail store sale. Please see the guarantee card that will be enclosed with the product for further details.
b. The terms of purchase do not affect your statutory rights.

  

8) Design and Trade Mark Protection

a. We pride ourselves on our innovative designs and go to great lengths to create products that are uniquely Ladybug assured
b. All our products are protected against copying by domestic and international law. We reserve all of our rights concerning our trade marks, copyrights and designs. Copying of any product in any form will be an infringement of our intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. 

11) General

a. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
b. There may be mistakes, inaccuracies or other errors in the information on this Website. For example the information may be out of date or incomplete in some way. If there is an aspect of your purchase that is particularly important to you, which will not be covered by our Return Policy, you are advised to contact us via email, telephone or letter.
